It often happens that people confuse such concepts as rent-lease-sublease, what can we say that in the Czech Republic the Czechs themselves also happen to be lost in the abundance of “lease”(pronájem, nájem, podnájem). You most often come across subleasing when renting a room or part of an apartment, as well as in the case of AirBnB, however, it happens that you can sublease a whole apartment (house).
